Customer service hours

Online Customer Service hours are between 9am to 6pm (AEST), Monday to Friday.

Order processing and delivery

Tamero Online orders are fulfilled via Australia Post eParcel within 7 days of the date the order was Processed (payment taken). It may take up to 2 working days for an order to be Processed from the time of placement.

Deliveries to WA, NT and TAS may take longer if there are unexpected stock or delivery issues. Tamero Online orders are only dispatched Monday to Friday. Tamero always attempts to deliver to customers within the stated delivery time frame but cannot take responsibility for circumstances beyond their control that hinder or delay the order.

Some items are advertised as FREE DELIVERY. This is an added value service and is at the discretion of Tamero Online. We reserve the right to refuse free delivery to those who abuse it or where it has been incorrectly advertised due to a typographical error

Pictures are used for illustration purposes only - Not all pictures used are an exact representation of the product listed.

All care is taken to ensure that pricing is current and accurate at time of upload, however we take no responsibility for typographical errors

Any incorrect pricing will be immediately corrected upon notification to Tamero Online.

Prices on the Website are only available online.

Payment methods

Tamero Online accepts payment via all major credit cards including VISA, MASTERCARD, BANKCARD. Unfortunately we cannot accept COD (Cash on Delivery), money orders, cheques or direct deposits unless prior arrangement with Tamero.

Tamero online conditions

Please retain your original receipt, as you will need this as proof of purchase to obtain a refund, credit or repair. Our suppliers will not accept returns or repairs without the original Tamero receipt.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described online or don't do what they are supposed to do.

If your item purchased is deemed faulty, please contact the Tamero Online team at info@tamero.com.au  or 1300 307 369 to organise for goods to be returned for repair or exchange, depending on type of return.

All Tamero items include a 12-month manufacturers warranty. The original receipt must also be included in the return envelope. Please allow 14 - 30 days for your item to be returned. For repairs, Tamero Online will pay freight charges to and from the customer, within the warranty period.

Refunds

Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds simply because you changed your mind or make a wrong decision.

There are no refunds or exchanges on "Exclusive Online Deals".

In the instance where a refund is granted by Tamero Online, refunds will only be processed once the product has been received in good condition and approved by Tamero Online. Where a duplicate payment may have been received by Tamero Online, and has been verified by both parties and their financial institutions, a refund will be made.

Please note: Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show up on your bank or credit card statement. This is a condition of the financial institutions involved.

Exchange

Customers are entitled to a 21 day exchange period on most products, and other items purchased on a contract or through finance. A faulty product can be exchanged or returned for credit. In this instance, freight charges will be the customer's responsibility.

Please note: When exchanging goods you must return all of the componentry, with the original receipt, in as new condition and including all original packaging, accessories, instructions and power supplies. We are only able to exchange or refund if the product is unused and in a saleable condition.

Credit notes

Credit notes are only available within the 21-day exchange period. Credit notes are paper vouchers to be redeemed by contacting Tamero only. The voucher receipt must be sent to Tamero when redeeming for goods and services.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of submitting your order to Tamero Online.

After 24 hours a cancellation fee of 10% of the order or a maximum of $50 will apply. If delivery has been made, the customer must return the product, at his or her own expense, and the refund will be made upon Tamero Online receiving the return product, in its original packaging, in good condition and with the original receipt.

Installation

Installations are managed and must be booked through Tamero direct.

Any product advertised as a "FULLY INSTALLED" deal is subject to these terms and conditions:

Computers, Servers and Networks.

Parts not included in installed price.
