What is a Media Centre PC?

A Media Centre PC, Media Center PC and Home Theatre PC (HTPC) are some of the names for a system that allows you to watch and record multiple free to air channels,  pause and rewind live TV. 

You can also watch DVD or 3D Blu-Ray movies, listen to FM radio and music CD's, view your photos or videos and connect to the Internet.

Features of a Media Center PC, HomeTheatre PC (HTPC) inlcude:

TV and Video Recording: Watch, record, pause, fast-forward and rewind live TV.  Record multiple TV stations, while watching recorded TV with 2 or 4 HD digital tuners.  Watch Full HD TV.

TV Guide:  With the built-in TV guide you can schedule the recording of your favorite TV with one click of the button.  Use your iPhone or work PC to schedule a TV show and have it available on your return home.

DVD / 3D Blu-Ray Movies:   Watch and store your DVD movies.  Save space and load all your movies with cover art, and movie synopsis for an easy to view movie library.  Movies are viewable in full 1080P High Definition.  With a 3D TV or compatible monitor you can watch movies in 3D.

Music:  Store and listen to all your favourite music, copy your CD's or download music straight  to your Media Center with cover art automatically loaded to your system.

FM Radio:   Listen To FM Radio through your Media Centre PC.  Select and save your favourite station and listen on demand.

Photos:  Upload all your photos directly to your Media center PC using the built-in card reader.  Store all your family moments and view with the click of a button.
